Major Nelson has shown a few mock up's of what they could potentially look like.

* 16x10 aspect ratio over VGA or HDMI, and support for 1440x900 or 1680x1050.

Xbox Live is "Bringing E3 Home"... Again
It's that time of year again, the E3 Conference in the states.
Like the past few years the Xbox Live Marketplace goes mental over the next 7 days with demos, videos and other titbits.
So keep and eye on the marketplace for exclusive content, such as the demo of Too Human, coming next week.

360 DRM Migration is Live
Head over to http://www.xbox.com/en-US/support/systemuse/xbox360/licensemigration/ to sort out your licences and get those XBLA games back for everyone.
Note: You'll need close proximity access to a PC and your current 360 to sort this out as part of the procedure is done on the PC and part on your 360.
Just to clear a few things up, this process will move all your DRM licences to your current Xbox 360, anything you've downloaded on your old 360 like XBLA games that you cannot access offline you'll need to redownload them after using the tool so it gets a new licence. This is sortof a 1 shot deal, you can only use this tool once per 12 months. If you've sent your 360 into MS to repair in the last 2 years then they've already moved your licences across to your replacement 360.

Wii update blocks boot discs and homebrew
Nintendo have issued a new Wii Update, bringing the current Wii firmware version number up to 3.3.

The major change is that the ability to boot up homebrew software using the 'Twilight Hack' has now been blocked.

Datel's Freeloader, which allows Wii games to play imported titles from different regions such as PAL and NTSC, has also been blocked by the update.

*update* New version of the Twilight Hack now works on 3.3 Link

Call of Duty 4 Retakes #1 Spot on LIVE - Double XP for all!
THANK YOU to everyone who consistently continues to play the game every night!! To show our appreciation, as always we’re going to be holding a Double XP Weekend this weekend starting Friday morning and going till Monday (yes I know… we always say that, but we’re really going to cut it off at Monday this time… maybe).

The Double XP will be available in ALL PLAYLISTS and will be on both platforms Xbox 360 and PS3!

In addition, we will be tweaking all the playlist map rotations a bit so that the Variety Map Pack no longer shows up 2:1 to old maps. Therefore all maps (old and new) have an equal chance to come up in map rotation, so you won’t be seeing Chinatown pop up 8,000 times or any other new map over and over again.

Itagaki leaving Tecmo, suing for unpaid bonuses
Tomonobu Itagaki is leaving Tecmo and suing the company for unpaid bonuses. The Dead or Alive creator cites an unfulfilled Dead or Alive 4 completion bonus.
Quitting Tecmo (and suing it) means the chances of Itagaki making Dead or Alive 5 are more dead than alive.

"I truly feel sorry to all the fans of the games I have made. NINJA GAIDEN 2, which will launch on the 3rd of June will be the last NINJA GAIDEN I will create. I will also never be able to make DEAD OR ALIVE 5. I regret the circumstances that have forced me to leave Tecmo, where I had worked for so many years, and I regret the disappointment this will cause my fans."

Full story and statement by Itagaki himself at Kotaku here
